Delete your CASHFON account
You can delete your CASHFON account and the personal data in it at any time.
HOW TO ASK
1. Open the CASHFON app, or sign in at cashfonasia.com/app.
2. Go to 我的 (Me) → 设置 (Settings) → 隐私与数据 (Privacy and data) → 删除我的账户 (Delete my account).
3. Confirm. We handle the request and tell you when it is done.
If you cannot sign in, write from the email address on the account to cashfonservice@gmail.com.
WHAT WE DELETE
- Your name, phone number, email address and payment (bank) details.
- Your notifications, price alerts, profile photo, and the photos of your devices and parcels.
- Any copy of your data we prepared for you.
Your login is closed for good and every device signed into the account is signed out.
WHAT WE KEEP, AND FOR HOW LONG
- Quotes, orders, payments and your points history, with your identity taken out of them, for as long as the law requires a buyback business to keep them.
